Mercy That Is New

His mercies never come to an end; they are new every morning.
Lamentations 3:22-23

Yesterday's failure does not set today's ceiling. Mercy is not a fixed reserve that drains as you use it — it is issued fresh with the sunrise.

Prayer

Lord, I receive today's mercy. Help me not to live off yesterday's shame. Amen.
